1. PAYMENT OF FEES

Fee is to be paid in cash only at Punjab National Bank, Kalkaji, New Delhi - 19, after collection of the counterfoil from the college cashier. Fee once paid will not be refunded except in case of a bonafide mistake. Absence from college with or without leave will not be
considered an excuse for non-payment of fees.

2. FEE CONCESSION

Deserving students, who maintain good conduct and regular attendance and show satisfactory progress in studies, may be granted Fee Concession, subject to the rules of the college. The college may withdraw the concession if the student is found wanting in any of
these. Physically and visually challenged students are specially considered.

3. WITHDRAWAL FROM COLLEGE

The student must submit an application counter-signed by the parent/guardian. All dues must be paid, and Identity and
Library Cards surrendered before clearance for withdrawal is obtained.

4. REFUND OF FEE

Fee will be refunded in accordance with the rules set by the University of Delhi.

REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT

The Security Deposit is refundable, to the students who have passed out, or left the college, after deduction of outstanding dues, if any. Students must submit an application and collect the money within six months of the date of submission of the application. The Security Deposit will be forfeited if the application for its refund is not received within six months.
